Vishi this not the property you should boast off speaking 3 cr at this property At least when you visit and review give clarity to your subscribers and viewers correctly Was thinking of this property but the approach roads is a mess and very narrow. It would be impossible to handle heavy volume of traffic. Location wise this is not Indiranagar but Kaggdaspura. It has very narrow lanes , drains, foul smell, congested with small shops , garbage, open urinals , drains running just opposite to the complex. Flood and water logging prone. Too many small size building overcrowding. Clear thumbs down

Guys believe me don’t spend 1.5/2 Cr for 2 BHK in Bangalore just for name sake of A builder. U will get the same biggger dimension Flat of 2 BHK within 70Lakh that too in Hoodi, KR puram, Whitefield only.

Real estate in Bangalore are overpriced especially from all Grade A builder. It’s useless to spend your entire life money, just for having 2-3 rooms for your leaving. In 2-3 Cr you can construct full apartment of yours in 1200/1500 sqft land near KR Puram, Hoodi.
